The causes of taste /odor in drinking bottled water made of PET is due to AA (acetaldehyde).Normally certain amount(very less) of AA remains in PET resin itself which is termed as 'residual AA' but AA is generated in Injection Molding process. AA is normally a gas whose B.P is 21 degree C. This confined AA in PET bottle wall migrates and impart taste in water.
So be careful in Injection molding process.

I am currently looking for a injection machine for 5 gallon bottle water 680 grm to 720 grm. Also that would produce 80 to 100 preforms per hour. I am trying to get the venture off the ground if you have a used one please advice as well.
