We are to install a pet manufacturing plant of 25000 bottles per day (bottle size ranges from 200 ml to 5000 ml) but choosing which machine assembly should be installed is creating a problem. Whether we should go for fully automated plant with pre-form creation or semi-automatic plant with separate injection molding preform and stretch blow machine (does anyone recommends extrusion blow molding) ?
What is the preferred to have a low cost product - giving highest consideration to energy rates, labor is not expensive here.
