Regarding Uneven Wall - CHECK -

* Equal Distribution of Material
* Right conditioning of Preform before Blowing
* Min. wall thickness is ok (By cutting Bottle Produced)
* Blowing pressure & Time
* Chiller Temp.

Regarding Transperency at Bottom - CHECK -

* Bottom Zone Temp should not be Too High
* Pre Blow Delay / Blow Delay time is NOT GIVEN OR GIVEN LESS
* OUT COLD time NOT Given Or is LESS OR Position is NOT Right
* Hot Manifold temp. i.e Z1 is Very High
* Not enough Slug in Preform
* Refilling RPM is too high

we are facing bottom transperence and wall thckness varition in injection blow molding process . can any help me in this and if u have any material on trouble shooting plz kindly send me to cnu_2804@yahoo.co.in
