Please contact me by email (avega27@hotmail.com) and I sent you back an XLS spreadsheet with the calculation I use everyday to do my work.
The spreadsheet contains the math model to know the theoretical cooling time for an specific wall thickness and tables for different walls and temps.

looking for the equation to calculate the cooling rate of preforms. I know the rate will depend on resin type, but I use mostly eastlon. So I figure if I start there it will a good begining. I have been doing the processing in our injection department for a short time, and want to make informed decisions when I make changes to the process.
