1. sheet thickness range: 0.3~1.6mm;
no more thickness than 1.6mm due to crystalization problem (transparency and cutting).

2. recycled PET flake should be 100% clean, otherwise the web filter maybe blocked. Or adapt a very expensive auto-purge web filter.

3. recycled PET flake should be dried sufficiently using hopper dryer or infrared dryer to remove moisture which may defect sheet quality.

4. Same line can be used for PP/LDPE sheet production, with maximum thickness 2.0mm, but output will be reduced to 60~70%. If more than 2.0mm, the machine design will be changed;
HDPE, depends on characteristics of HDPE resin;
PVC: can not.

5. Two types of screw used: single vacuum-venting screw which we prefer, or twin-screw.
