regarding the issue of separating PVC away from PET the best way is while you are selecting the raw material separating PET bottles from the rest of other plastics. the only way I know you can do this effectively is by hand.
to Identify OTHER plastic from PET the way I know and really works is by dyed. since polymers have differens densitys the dye you use will affect them in a different way. you do this taking samples from washed PET to test its quality.

We are from Mexico, the issue that we have is removing the PVC from PET flakes. How can we improve the quality of the PET flakes removing PVC? Which is the best way to detect other plastics from PET Flakes? (NIR Spectrometers, laser, Polymer identification, other).

We are interests about detergents or surfactants with which we can decrease the temperature of the hot washing of the PET flakes.

The glue can be removed if you use hot water (min. 85-90*C) and NaOH (concentration of NaOH into water must be min.5%)
