Dear Sir
I Have a PET Palletizing Machine, when I make Pellet from Green or Blue Bottles the O/p is have Good IV & Transparent.
But When I use transparent Mineral Water Bottle the Belts Become Brown Even I Measure the IV it is good Can I Improve That.
Also I Need to Put Master batch for the transparent PET can I put Flanks PET with Pellets PET Mast batch

Dear Sir,we want to start with PET collecting,and sell it only half recycled in granulates.Please tell us what we should do after we'll collect the PET waste.How to make it in granulates?What machines do we require in order to prepare PET waste to be packed in plastic bags and redy for sale to the recycling companies.

We clean PET in 10,000-pound batches of grind using a cement mixer set-up. 7-gallons of 45% Potassium Hydroxide (Commodity raw material), 10-gallons of Atlantic Stryp ADD9 (Atlantic Specialty Chemicals Corporation - New Jersey) and 83-gallon of water heated to 180'F. DI water rinses to follow. Found it removed pressure sensitive adhesives and all glues best.
