As some water, dust and oil in compressed air will defect bottle quality directly and seriously, air purifier is suggested to clean them to certain extent.

Air purifier consists of air cooler, air tank, air dryer and filters.

Compressed air cleaned by air purifier can reach:

• Water Content: <=0.8g/m³, i.e., -23⁰C dew-point;
• Oil Content: <=1ppm;
• Diameter of Remainder: <=1um.

If high-efficiency oil filter is equipped, can reach:

• Oil Content: <=0.01ppm;
• Diameter of Remainder: <=0.01um.

Compressed air should be filtrated before entering machine because the moisture and oil in the air will effect bottles' quality.

Air purifier is regarded as an important assist equipment for the blow molding machine although it always been neglected by the user. Air contains humidity under the form of water steam. As the air cooled down, the moisture starts condensing and transforms itself into water. The presence of water in the pumping units causes great disadvantages:

• Greater running costs for the maintenance of the automation instruments, like magnetic valve and cylinders.
• Lower machines efficiency and yield cost by the start stop operation.
• Greater equipment costs for the presence of condensate separator, automatic condensate trap and pitch of pipe line.
• Lower standard performances of the products.
